Today was a busy day! We went disc golfing at the MetCenter with Brendan, Roger, Chris and his cousin, Jeff.  We found this cool mottled bird egg. Then swimming! Yay Saturday!

Yucca is yummy

From Friday afternoon...

Momma and Poppa took little Lena out to lunch at a Cuban sandwich shop and discovered baby thinks yucca is yummy!

Not only were Mom and Dad's sandwiches delicious (the best we've had since we lived in South Florida) but baby loved the fried her yucca! (Mom and Dad did too.)

How many 8 mo old Americans do you think have eaten yucca? I love Austin food!

That's right!  Last night, Lena looked right at me and said it.  On purpose.  Ok, so I'm not sure if she was talking *about* me per se, but she was definitely talking *to* me, so I'm going to take it.  And blogging about it makes it official! Right?
